MILWAUKEE, WI -- The Marcus Corporation (NYSE: MCS) yesterday announced it has changed the location of its 2001
Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
The meeting will be held at the Pfister Hotel, 424 E. Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, Wis. The date and time of the
meeting, which is scheduled for Tuesday, October 23, 2001 at 10:00 a.m., are unchanged.
Headquartered in Milwaukee, Wis., The Marcus Corporation is comprised of three divisions: limited-service lodging,
movie theatres and hotels/resorts. The company currently operates or franchises 188 Baymont Inns & Suites in
30 states, and a total of seven Woodfield Suites in Illinois, Wisconsin, Colorado, Ohio and Texas; 482 movie screens
