lodging industry, Thursday announced funding of the new Crowne Plaza Hotel located in the Disneyland area.
eRoomSystem has installed the eRoomServ Refreshment Center and eRoomSafes at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, a 384-room
deluxe guest-room property. This funding is the third funding completed this year through the company's wholly
owned subsidiary eRoomSystem SPE Inc., under its seven-year credit facility with AMRESCO Leasing Corp.

Technologies Inc. designed its revenue-share plan to reduce overhead costs and keep room rates down,'' said David
S. Harkness, eRoomSystem's chairman and chief executive officer.
The upgraded software solution along with the unique gravity-based design, offers more snacks and drinks, reduces
labor costs and helps eliminate theft and inventory shrinkage associated with traditional honor bars and other
automated solutions that require daily visits by hotel staff.
The company's unique revenue-sharing arrangement allows hotel properties to install eRoomSystem's products and
the expandable platform at virtually no up-front cost, while creating a profit center for the food and beverage
department and eliminate operational costs for the hotel property.
