Choctaw Resort Development Enterprise Extends Notes Exchange Offer

NEW YORK, NY -- The Choctaw Resort Development Enterprise yesterday announced that it has extended the expiration date of its offer to exchange up to $200 million in aggregate principal amount of its registered 9.25% Senior Notes due 2009 for the outstanding unregistered 9.25% Senior Notes due 2009.

The exchange offer was originally scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m. New York City time on Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2001, but now has been extended to 5:00 p.m. New York City time on Friday, Nov. 2, 2001.
