announced a new strategic partnership with Cendant Membership Services (CMS), a subsidiary of Cendant Corporation
(NYSE:CD). The partnership will incorporate CreditXpert(TM) technology in CMS' PrivacyGuard® credit protection
and monitoring products for consumers and will be available in March this year.
CreditXpert Inc. will provide CMS PrivacyGuard PrivacyScore(SM) and detailed analysis, giving consumers unparalleled
insight to their credit standing. PrivacyScore(SM) will provide consumers with a simple, numerical measurement
of their creditworthiness as it appears to banks, credit card companies, mortgage lenders, and other credit providers.
In addition, the analysis will outline the most important positive and negative factors influencing their credit.
