NEW YORK, NY -- Cendant Corporation (NYSE: CD) yesterrday announced that its annual meeting of shareholders will
be held on May 22, 2001, 10:00 a.m. at the Ramada Inn and Conference Center located at 130 Route 10 West in East
Hanover, NJ. The record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to receive notice of, and vote at,
the meeting is March 26, 2001.
A more detailed description of the matters to be discussed at the annual meeting are included in a definitive proxy
statement that will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission in late March.
