BEVERLY HILLS, CA -- Hilton Hotels Corp. (NYSE:HLT) yesterday said it has scheduled Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2001, for
release of the company's fourth-quarter/year-end 2000 financial results.
The results will be issued prior to the opening of the market on Jan. 24, with a conference call to follow that
day at 1 p.m. Eastern Time. The call-in numbers are 800/837-5450 (within the United States) and 212/676-5388 (outside
the United States). Participating on the call will be Hilton Chief Executive Officer Stephen F. Bollenbach, along
with other senior executives.
The conference call also will be Webcast simultaneously via the Hilton.com Web site. Investors wishing to access
the call on the Web should log on to the Web site at www.hilton.com, click
the company information tab and proceed to the investor-relations section.
A replay of the conference call will be available by telephone until Jan. 25 at 3 p.m. Eastern Time by calling
800/633-8284 and entering reservation code No. 17321985. Additionally, a replay will be available indefinitely
