SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico -- Equus Gaming Company L.P. (Nasdaq: EQUUS), a Virginia limited partnership, announced that
a Nasdaq hearing panel has determined that the Company is not in compliance with Nasdaq's net income/net tangible
asset/market capitalization requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Small/Cap Market. Accordingly, the
Company's Class A Units will be delisted from the SmallCap Market effective with the opening of trading on January
22, 2001. The Company's Units will now be traded on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol EQUU.
Equus Gaming Company L.P. is a publicly traded partnership with thoroughbred horse racing and entertainment interests
in Latin America and the Caribbean.
