Engage to Provide Airtours with Software Solutions to Enable Synchronized Marketing Across Multiple Channels

ANDOVER, MA -- Engage, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENGA), a leading enterprise marketing software and interactive media company, yesterday announced it has signed an agreement with Airtours plc, one of the world's largest air-inclusive vacation providers.

Airtours, plans to use Engage's software solutions to provide its customers in the UK with consistent messages across all media, ranging from the Web to wireless devices to print publications to interactive television.

Airtours business in the UK, which annually handles more than six million vacation bookings, will use Engage software to develop a repository of media assets - text, pictures, video, etc. - to enable its travel company brands to share these assets and deliver to consumers synchronized promotional, advertising and marketing messages, regardless of the media channel. For example, the company, which encompasses Airtours' tour operating and retail distribution units in the UK and Ireland, will be able to rapidly and cost effectively deliver the same rich promotion in multiple languages to multiple markets using a wide range of media.
