HOUSTON, TX -- Berens Industries Inc. (OTCBB:BEII) announced Windjammer Barefoot Cruises, Ltd of Miami Beach, Fla.,
has terminated its Letter of Intent with BEII.
No further details are immediately available. BEII will continue to seek other alternatives to maximize shareholder
value.
