a connection to Pegasus Solutions, Inc.'s (Nasdaq: PEGS) Electronic Distribution System.
All hotels that VIP International provides reservation services for, and that use SynXis Agent™ as their reservation
system, will be available for real-time bookings on the massive list of travel Web sites whose hotel reservations
are "powered by Pegasus™". Popular Internet sites in Pegasus' Online Distribution Network include TravelWeb.com,
Orbitz.com, Hotwire.com, TravelHero.com, Asiatravelmart.com, and Virgin.com.
