for the three months ended June 30, 2001 on August 9th and will host a follow-up conference call for investors
later that day at 3:00 p.m. Eastern time. Company officials Richard C. Rochon, President; William M. Pierce, Senior
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; Michael F. Glennie, Senior Vice President -- Resort Operations and
