SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- Book4golf.com(SM) Corporation (CDNX: BFG ) has finalized an agreement with Intrawest Corporation (NYSE: IDR; TSE: ITW), the leading developer and operator of village-centered resorts across North America, under which Book4golf.com will provide its Internet tee- time reservation system to Intrawest's Raven golf course facilities in the United States and Canada.

Under the one-year agreement, Intrawest will use Book4golf.com's electronic tee-sheet application at Intrawest's Raven golf properties. This initial agreement is renewable for an additional term of three years given that certain performance criteria are met and at the mutual agreement of both parties.

``This initial agreement with Intrawest is the first step in what we envision as a long-term working relationship with a company whose brand and quality of properties are virtually unmatched in the golf industry,'' said Kim Robinson, President and Chief Operating Officer, Book4golf.com. ``The addition of such a high-caliber brand as Intrawest/Raven further validates the positioning of Book4golf.com as the provider of choice for the leading golf course management companies.''

``Furthermore, the high caliber of resort courses the Raven properties bring to our growing number of Member Courses is very strategic,'' Mr. Robinson added. ``These courses will be available to local golfers and also to the traveling golfer who books his tee times directly through Book4golf.com or through an all-inclusive golf vacation package through our golf vacation brands including Continental Airlines Golf Vacations and America West Golf Vacations.''

``Our agreement with Book4golf.com provides Intrawest with the technology and expertise to seamlessly integrate with an Internet booking engine,'' said Matthew Dunn, senior vice president and CIO for Intrawest. ``Working with Book4golf.com we plan on quickly developing new and enhancing existing distribution channels.''
