HOUSTON, TX -- LASV Enterprises Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: LSVE) announced that the new enterprise, SilverHawk International
Corporation, www.silverhawkinternational.com, having recognized the Republic of China opportunity 4 years ago when
the Sun Vacation & Exchange Club was initiated, will establish the corporation as the largest vacation ownership
operation in China, with a target market of 1 billion consumers and growing affluence.
Chairman of the Board, Mr. Von Batesole, recently returned from a 30 day trip to China with significant new contracts
with additional Joint Venture Partners. A new Joint Venture contract has been signed with the Southern China Development
Corporation that positions SilverHawk International Corporation as a majority partner.
The Southern China Development Corporation has agreed to infuse the required capital for the Joint Venture with
SilverHawk International Corporation to provide the knowledge and expertise. Currently, a Sales Centre in Guandzhou
(Canton), in the exclusive Garden Hotel, is operational with a contract to establish additional Sales Centers in
Shenzen, Beijing and Guandzhou also. SilverHawk with their management team and expertise will govern the operations
in the Garden Hotel on November 1, 2000.
With the new joint venture with the Southern Development Corporation and their Government Visa Approval Program,
allowing the Chinese to travel abroad, SilverHawk International Corporation is scheduled to become the leader in
the travel industry for the China and the Chinese market. SilverHawk International Corporation anticipates the
launch of Hotels and Sales operations outside of China and throughout Asia during the first half of the year 2001.
