The Hanalei Bay Resort at Princeville, Kauai, is one of those places where once you've been there you don't want
to leave.
Owned by Quintus Resorts, LLC and ranked as one of the top tropical resorts in the world by Conde Nast Traveler, this luxury condominium resort was built in 1979 and was completely renovated in 1995. It offers outstanding views of Hanalei Bay and the dramatic rock outcropping known from the movie "South Pacific" as "Bali Hai".

and seasonal activities are nearby.
Other amenities on the property include the Happy Talk Lounge with Hawaiian entertainment six nights a week and
Jazz Jams on Sunday afternoons, the award winning Bali Hai restaurant serving Pacific Cuisine nightly, a gift shop
and a beauty shop.
The North Shore of Kauai is considered one of the most beautiful places in the world. Many movies have been filmed here, and many famous people have called the area home.
The nearby town of Hanalei itself, tucked away at the very heart of the North Shore, can only be reached by
a narrow road and some one-lane bridges. You'll find several fun places to dine, many boutiques offering hand-made
goodies, and lots of people ready to settle down to "talk story" with you at the drop of a hat. You can

Quintus Resorts was formed in 1998 by Ronald Wilhite, Lex Adams, Bob Dunbar, and Bob Sewell, executives from

an agreement with Quintus to handle the sales and marketing of the deluxe Hanalei Bay Resort, with Quintus Vacation
Management, LLC. continuing to manage the resort.
