LAS VEGAS, NV -- BILTMORE VACATION RESORTS, INC., a Las Vegas, Nevada-based real estate development and management
firm, announced today that it has filed its Form 10-SB with the Securities & Exchange Commission. George Wuagneux,
president and CEO of the company, said that he expected the Form 10-SB to be approved within the next sixty days.
``This step,'' he added, ``will expand Biltmore's ability to attract capital for our Bullhead City, Arizona project,
and other projects we are currently evaluating.''
The company's Bullhead City project is a 264-unit timeshare destination resort which has been approved by Resorts
Condominiums International (RCI) for its prestigious Gold Crown rating. Groundbreaking on the master planned project
took place in August 1999, and construction has begun on the first of its five phases.
