KAYSVILLE, UT -- PC Consulting, the developers of the TimeShareWare suite of software solutions for vacation ownership
resorts, is pleased to announce that James W. Broughton and Peter F. Henze have been elected to the company's Board
of Directors.
Mr. Broughton is Chief Operating Officer of Consolidated Resorts, Inc., a Las Vegas-based timeshare resort development
company. Since 1985 he has been Chairman and CEO of LEXES Enterprises. Mr. Broughton has also held senior management
positions with Mandalay Vacations Resorts, Del E. Webb Corporation, Interval International, StreamSide at Vail,
and Fairfield Communities. He has been a member of the ARDA Board of Directors since 1985.
Mr. Henze is President of Creative Leisure International, a provider of luxury vacations to destinations such as
Mexico, Hawaii, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia. Since 1969 Mr. Henze has held a variety of sales, marketing and
executive positions with Creative Leisure. He has also been involved in the development of interactive computer
systems for the hospitality and travel industry. He serves on numerous boards, advising companies in the hotel
and real estate industry.
