PHOENIX, AZ -- Sedona Worldwide Incorporated (OTC BB: SDWW) a distributor of its own proprietary ``Sedona Spa''
branded lines of face, hair and body care products, Monday announced that it had signed a Distributor Agreement
with TS Euro Inc. under the terms of which the company exclusively engaged the distributor to render the following
services throughout Europe, with the exception of England and Italy (the ``Territory''):
a) Soliciting and obtaining purchase orders for the company's
products;
b) Assisting the company in the marketing, promotion and sale of the
company's products within the Territory; and
c) Assisting the company in the exhibition of the company's products
in industry trade shows and exhibits within the territory.
It is expected that initial marketing efforts will be focused in Germany.
