LAS VEGAS, NV -- Peccole Nevada Corporation announced the ground breaking and development of their newest venture
in the northwest. This high-end fractional ownership project will be located on the northeast corner of the Peccole
Nevada Corporation's Queensridge property in the northwest section of the valley.
These high-end fractional units will offer heightened, luxurious living in a private gated community located on
the Badlands Golf Course. In addition to the lush landscape and beautiful architecture, these exclusive units
will offer unsurpassed amenities for its residents, who will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of ownership
plans.
