RCI and Levitin Group Set New Standards

PARSIPPANY, NJ -- Resort Condominiums International, LLC (RCI) and the Shari Levitin Group have joined forces to ensure that RCI Points is presented accurately and consistently at the resort sales table.

Under the terms of the partnership, the Shari Levitin Group will provide on-site and on-line certification training for sales associates of RCI Points affiliates as part of the overall affiliation process.

The on-site RCI Points certification program, which began in September, is a four-day workshop consisting of product knowledge and effective techniques for selling points. The on-line certification class will be established by the end of the year and will consist of live audio and video, interactive activities and a chat room that will bring RCI Points sales people together from throughout the world to discuss various aspects of the network.

``The success of RCI Points will depend on how it is presented to the members, hence, there is an acknowledged need for education among the resorts' sales associates,'' said RCI Points vice president Brad McDonald. ``The Shari Levitin Group, being the leading and most respected training organization in our industry, is the perfect partner to provide this training.''
