FORT MYERS, FL -- Phillip Todd Enterprises has recently completed several million dollars in interior design and
renovation contracts for several leading vacation ownership and hospitality properties in Florida, Texas and Colorado.
The design company recently completed interior renovations for two Island One Resorts located in the Orlando area, the 28-unit Orbit One vacation Villas and 61 two-bedroom units at Parkway International. Phillip Todd Enterprises was also selected to refurbish the lobby and create a model unit for Bryan's Spanish Cove.
In Florida, Phillip Todd Enterprises also was awarded a design purchasing contract for Hilton grand Vacation's Casa Ybel resort on Sanibel Island, as well as the total bedroom furnishings and other interior work for 45 units of the Four Winds Beach Resort on Longboat Key. Interior furnishings were also recently finalized for the 66-unit Discovery Beach Club in Coco Beach. Other work in the Orlando area included the completion of the lobby area for Sunterra's Polynesian Isles resort.
At the Vacations Resort International Royale Beach & tennis Club on Padre Island Texas, the design firm completed total renovations to the 44-unit two-bedroom beach front resort. Additional renovation work was completed at the 42-unit Smoke Tree Lodge in Boone, North Carolina and Sunburst in Steamboat, Colorado.
