GUNNISON, CO -- Western Horizon Resorts, Inc. (WHR) announced yesterday the acquisition of Adventure Outdoor Resorts
(AOR), North America's premiere reciprocating camping network.

in membership campingwith the combination of two nationally recognized camping networks,"said Joseph St. John,
President, Adventure Outdoor Resorts."
For thousands of recreational vehicle campers, traveling andstaying in resorts and campgrounds across all of North
America willnow become simple and easy.
WHR is a Delaware corporation with its headquarters in Gunnison,Colorado. It was founded in 1984 and is designed
to provide membersexceptional outdoor vacation experiences. To date, WHR has grown tobecome the largest camping
chain in the Coast to Coast system, and israted as America's No. 1 five-star camping network.
With the acquisition of the Adventure Outdoor Resorts, WesternHorizon members, depending on the membership, will
now be able to stayat the 17 resort locations owned and operated by WHR, as well asselect from an additional 158
North American resorts and 362 public RVparks and campgrounds that are part of the Adventure Camping Network.

With the acquisition of the Adventure Outdoor Resorts, theWestern Horizon Resorts will combine the corporate infrastructure
andthe central reservation system at their Gunnison, Coloradoheadquarters.
