LAKE GENEVA, Wis. -- Spring and summer means activities abound for guests and local visitors alike at Grand Geneva
Resort & Spa.
Easter Brunch, Sunday, April 23, gets the season off to a fresh start with a spectacular feast for the entire family.
The Grand Cafe and Newport Grill will feature a vast array of brunch specialties including a made-to-order omelet
station, Belgian-style waffle station, plus apple crepes, cheese blintzes and much more. A variety of salads and
pastas will also be available.
Entrees include carved prime rib, stuffed leg of lamb and breast of chicken with artichoke sauce.
The kids will have their very own pint-sized buffet with all of their favorites like fried chicken, PB&J, hot
dogs, macaroni and cheese, Rice Krispie® treats and more.
The dessert station will showcase the pastry shop's famous sweet table featuring a vast array of homemade cakes,
pies, mini pastries, cookies and brownies.
Brunch is $22.95* for adults. The children's buffet is $11.95* for ages 6-12 and for children 5 and under, there
is no charge. Reservations are available between 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
Wisconsin artist, Paula Hare, will be exhibiting her exquisite egg collection at the resort throughout the month
of April. Using real egg shells from domesticated birds, Hare paints the eggs in a cloisonne enamel-style. Hare
draws inspiration from William Morris and Tiffany.
She will be demonstrating her craft and pieces will be available for purchase Saturday, April 22 and Sunday, April
23, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Mother's Day Brunch, Sunday, May 14, will offer a similar exquisite buffet as Easter with additional seating available
in the Ballroom.

On Sunday, July 3, Grand Geneva will be celebrating America's independence with a day-long schedule, chock-full
of patriotic activities for the entire family. Enjoy an old-fashioned ice cream social on the pool deck from 2
p.m.-4:30 p.m. and children's face painting from 2 p.m.-4 p.m.
Don't miss the Kids' Patriotic Parade stepping off at 4:15 p.m. and winding its way throughout the resort grounds.
A picnic will take place on the Green View from 5:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m. featuring all-American a la carte favorites.
A band will provide a musical backdrop on the pool deck and a D.J. will keep guests entertained throughout the
evening. Star-spangled fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m.
