an Affiliation agreement with the International Cruise & Excursion Gallery (I.C.E.). This dynamic relationship
will allow SFX to aggressively expand its premier exchange services and promote the I.C.E. cruise program, the
finest of its
kind, to developers and their member base.
SFX, the premiere exchange company, remains a separate entity from I.C.E. Gallery, specializing in preferred quality
exchanges and Owner Service assistance programs through its network of strategic alliances within the timeshare
industry.
This strategic alliance will offer unique opportunities for Owners, further enhancing their timeshare vacation
experiences. For developers and sales people, this venture will create dynamic building blocks for higher closing
percentages and higher customer satisfaction.
