ATLANTA, GA -- Atlanta-based Jameson Inns, Inc. (NASDAQ: JAMS), owner of Jameson Inn and Signature Inn hotels has
announced the opening of the Jameson Inn at 890 Palm Bay Road in Palm Bay, Florida, just south of Melbourne. This
location is the 97th chain wide and the sixth hotel the company has in Florida. Additional Jameson Inns in Florida
are located in Crestview, Jacksonville, Lake City, Lakeland, and Ormond Beach.
Situated on 2.2 acres of land, the newly constructed interior corridor property offers 68 beautifully decorated
guest rooms; a three-story, open foyer lobby with fireplace; a continental breakfast area with television; a pool
and separate fitness center; and a large conference room.
Guest room amenities include, free expanded continental breakfast, larger work stations, irons, additional dedicated
lines for Internet access, premium rooms with in-room coffee maker, recliner, microwave and refrigerator, and free
newspapers, local calls and HBO.
