SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- WebMiles Corporation has announced a new offline partnership with Wyndham International,
which allows WebMiles to expand its Partner network into the Hotel segment. During the launch period, from November
20 through January 31, 2001, WebMiles and Wyndham will kick off with a bonus miles promotion. Consumers will receive
1,500 unrestricted miles for joining the WebMiles program (through www.wyndham.com) and by staying at a Wyndham
Hotels & Resorts or Summerfield Suites by Wyndham property at a qualified rate during the launch period. WebMiles
rewards can be redeemed on any airline and flight, without the common restrictions of traditional airline frequent
flyer programs such as blackout dates, limited seating for frequent flyers and required Saturday night stays.
WebMiles continues to forge ahead with its strategy of offering consumers opportunities to earn WebMiles rewards
for engaging in everyday activities such as shopping at grocery stores and using long distance services, as well
as when they travel using car rentals and hotels. The WebMiles and Wyndham partnership also demonstrates WebMiles
strategy of only partnering with one or a few companies in any one industry so that each Partner truly receives
an advantage over its competitors. WebMiles members will be able to access Wyndham's web site via a designated
link. Conversely, Wyndham customers will be able to access the WebMiles web site and their account through a direct
link on the Wyndham site.

The WebMiles program offers members the ability to earn and redeem miles quickly, based on the growing Partner
network of industry-leading offline and online merchants, use of the WebMiles MasterCard and low redemption levels.
There are multiple ways to earn WebMiles rewards for free and discounted travel including online and offline shopping,
using the WebMiles MasterCard, participating in various Partner activities and referring friends and family. Redemption
begins with as few as 8,000 WebMiles rewards, which entitles the consumer to $100 off the price of any airline
ticket and requires no advanced notice. At 15,000 and 20,000 miles, members respectively receive $200 and $300
dollars off the price of any airline ticket, which in some cases is a free round-trip flight.
