China Southern Airlines & Marriott expand "Instant Upgrade" promotion; Shanghai Marriott Hotel Hongqiao joins free benefit program

SHANGHAI, China -- China Southern Airlines (NYSE:ZNH) (HKSE: 1055), the largest airline in The People's of China and Marriott International, Inc. (NYSE:MAR) with more than 8, 600 hotel rooms in China, are pleased to announce that the new Shanghai Marriott Hotel Hongqiao has joined the "Instant Upgrade" program.

This all-new 5-star hotel operated by Marriott International, Inc., is the first Marriott branded hotel in Shanghai.

The hotel has 315 well appointed guestrooms and suites, comprising 249 Deluxe Rooms, 53 Executive Rooms, 9 Executive Suites, 2 Duplex Suites, 1 Chairman Suite and 1 Presidential Suite.

The Shanghai Marriott Hotel Hongqiao Executive Floor and Suites provide extra services to both business and leisure travelers. Guests enjoy personalized concierge service, private 24-hour check-in and late checkout, special in-room amenities, one-time complimentary pressing service and a private lounge serving five complimentary food and beverages and meeting facilities.

All China Southern Airlines' passengers, worldwide, paying corporate rates and upon presentation of their original, same-day China Southern Airlines boarding pass (international or domestic) upon check-in in will receive the following benefits:
