of the all-new Hilton Niagara Falls, representing one of the company's newest full-service hotels in Canada.
A sleek, high-rise, 34-story structure located just 1000 meters from the world-famous Canadian Horseshoe Falls,
the Hilton Niagara Falls blends luxury accommodations with one of the best locations for year-round sightseeing
activities in the Niagara region. Most of the hotel's 516 rooms and suites offer dramatic and commanding views
of the Falls.
The Hilton Niagara Falls is owned by No. 876891 Ontario Ltd., managed by Hospitality Motels Ltd. and operated under
a license agreement with Hilton Inns, Inc., the franchise subsidiary of Beverly Hills-based Hilton Hotels Corporation.

Guest room accommodations and features include a sitting area with an easy chair, a hairdryer; a coffee maker,
