LAS VEGAS, NV -- Universal Marketing & Entertainment, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: UMEI) announced yesterday that
Front Row Entertainment, Inc., a subsidiary of the Company, has signed a one year agreement with the Las Vegas
Hilton Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nev. to produce the Scinta's, a high level musical comedy show. The show
will open April 5, 2000 and run through April 4, 2001. In a statement by Edward Haddad, President of Front Row,
``The Company will net to the bottom line 15% of the gross ticket sales, less sales and entertainment tax. The
Scinta's are very well known and loved in mid-America, and I believe they will be a big success in Las Vegas. Our
agreements insure us the right to participate in their future for the next five years.''
