SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- Ms. Leigh Kay Rogers has been named media center accounts manager of the Scottsdale Conference
Resort, managed by industry leader, International Conference Resorts, Inc. (ICR).
In her new role, Rogers will evaluate and identify client's technological needs and determine the appropriate resources
to enhance and support their corporate meetings. She will also examine how emerging technologies can support the
Scottsdale Conference Resort clients' future corporate strategies and goals. In addition, Rogers will assist in
the oversight of the operations of the resort's $3 million media center, which offers a digital-editing suite with
full audio-visual editing capabilities. She will report to Brenda Weskamp, who was recently named Scottsdale Conference
Resort's general manager.

Rogers brings more than nine years of audio-visual services and business communications experience to the Scottsdale
Conference Resort. She recently served as director of audio-visual services for Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, NV
where she was responsible for the sales and operations of the department, including negotiating audio-visual contracts
and coordinating operations with the hotel. Rogers also served as director of audio-visual services for Caribiner
International, the global business communications company, at the Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, AZ for over
seven years, and earned awards for Highest Revenue in Operating Profit for Hotel and Best Overall Performance for
Hotel in 1996 and 1995, respectively.
Known as ``America's first conference resort,'' the Scottsdale Conference Resort hosts the majority of the Fortune
1000 and consistently earns every major industry award. In keeping with its award-winning tradition of excellence,
Scottsdale recently completed a $2 million refurbishment to all guestrooms and public spaces. The property offers
326 guestrooms, suites and casitas, more than 50,000 sf of dedicated meeting space in 50 state-of-the-art meeting
rooms, extensive media capabilities and excellent recreational amenities including two championship golf courses
adjacent to the property.
The Scottsdale Conference Resort is owned by Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, which also owns the 316-room
Cheyenne Mountain Conference Resort in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Both resorts are managed by ICR, which also
manages the 249-room Carefree Conference Resort, just north of Scottsdale in Carefree, Arizona, the 98-room Graylyn
International Conference Resort in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and the 254-room Ocean Place Conference Room in
Long Branch, New Jersey.
