ST. PAUL, MN -- 175 Fort LLC announced Friday it has signed a franchise agreement with Bass Hotels & Resorts,
Inc. for the 197-room Holiday Inn RiverCentre. The property, scheduled to open in January 2001, is located at 175
West 7th Street.

The Holiday Inn RiverCentre is owned by 175 Fort LLC and will be operated by Golder Hospitality Management LLC.
