TORONTO -- Delta Hotels announced yesterday that it will assume the management contract for Pinestone Resort located
in Haliburton, Ontario, approximately 200 km north of Toronto.
Pinestone Resort, owned by RHK Capital, will undergo a $2.1 million capital renovation plan to refurbish guest
rooms as well as key public and dining areas over the next six months. Once the renovations are complete, the resort
will be re-launched as the Delta Pinestone Resort early next year.

Hotels. "Expanding our resort portfolio in Ontario is an ideal complement to our Toronto city-centre hotels."
Pinestone Resort currently features 280 acres in the Haliburton Highlands, with 104 rooms consisting of one and
two bedroom villas, chalets and resort rooms, as well as 15,000 square feet of meeting space. In addition, the
property also features an 18-hole championship golf course, tennis courts, a fine dining and casual restaurant,
a lounge, an indoor and outdoor pool, and fitness facilities.
