ROCHESTER, NY -- Hudson Hotels Corporation, Rochester New York (``NASDAQ:HUDS'') (``Hudson or the Company'') yesterday
announced that Michael T. George the Company's President and Chief Operating Officer will resign his position effective
March 1, 2000. Mr. George is resigning to pursue other career opportunities.
Commenting on his decision to leave the Company Mr. George said, ``I am proud to have been associated wi th Hudson
Hotels and believe the Company is a quality organization,'' Mr. George added, ``I feel fortunate to have had the
opportunity to work for Hudson.''
E. Anthony Wilson, Hudson's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer added, ``Michael has made a tremendous impact
on our Company. He has done an excellent job and brought a new level of professionalism to Hudson. We will miss
his expertise and level of energy. I know he will remain a friend of mine and of the Company and we look forward
to his continued success in the future.''
Mr. Wilson indicated that he will assume the duties of President and Chief Operating Officer, while Mr. Bruce A.
Sahs, the Company's Senior Vice President, will assume the day-to-day hotel operations.
