ROCHESTER, NY -- Hudson Hotels Corporation, Rochester, New York (Nasdaq: HUDCD; ``Hudson'' or the ``Company'') has been notified that the Company now complies with all listing requirements of the Nasdaq Small Cap Stock Market. In accordance with an earlier Nasdaq decision, effective Thursday, October 5, 2000, the trading symbol for Hudson Hotels Corporation has reverted back to the Company's original symbol of ``HUDS.''
