on Tuesday, October 24, 2000 before market hours.
To announce the earnings results, the company will host a live webcast at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

An online replay of the webcast will be archived on the Company's website immediately following the presentation
and will remain on the site until the Company's next earnings announcement in January 2001.
