PHOENIX, AZ -- Sedona Worldwide Incorporated (OTC BB: SDWW) a distributor of its own proprietary ``Sedona Spa''
branded lines of face, hair and body care products, Monday announced that it had signed an Advisory Agreement with
Hudson Consulting Group Inc. of Salt Lake City for the provision of consulting services to the company relative
to its business and growth strategies.
The Agreement provides for the issuance to the consultant of 415,800 restricted shares of the company's common
stock.
