CALGARY, AB -- Genesis Land Development Corp. (``Genesis'') is pleased to announce that it has launched its totally
revised website at: www.genesisland.com, and has embarked on an innovative e-commerce strategy to sell its real
estate products on the Internet. A summary of its e-commerce strategy can be seen on a web cast accessible through
a link on the Genesis website.
The strategy is two fold: a B2B (business to business) component, and a B2C (business to customer) component, with
the trade name ``Invest-a-Lot(TM)''. The new website contains the relevant information needed to evaluate the purchase
of real estate on-line and will have the capability of making an on-line reservation and application for financing,
with documents encrypted with secured socket layer (SSL) technology. Another unique feature is the Real Player(TM)
video clips, which provide brief community tours, available for downloading on either 56k or cable/high speed internet
connections.
Arthur Wong, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, is quoted as saying, ``The new e-commerce strategy will
provide our more than 1500 shareholders with continuously updated information on our company, and will allow home
builders and other investors to make real estate purchase decisions on-line using the latest technology available.

allows individuals to participate in direct lot ownership and the ability to benefit from the strong real estate
market in Calgary and other areas.''
