ST. PAUL, MN -- 175 Fort LLC announced yesterday it has secured 7.6 million dollars in construction financing for
the 197-room Holiday Inn RiverCentre through Associated Commercial Mortgage located in Wisconsin.
The property is located at 175 West 7th Street in the heart of St. Paul's business and entertainment district.
The multi-million dollar renovation project is due to begin June 5th and be completed in January 2001.
The Holiday Inn RiverCentre is owned by 175 Fort LLC and will be operated by Golder Hospitality Management LLC.
Kraus Anderson is General Contractor for the project.
