Friday that it has signed an agreement with Bass Hotels & Resorts (NYSE:BAS; LON:BAS), a global hotel leader
with more than 2,900 hotels in over 95 countries. Currently, MessageMedia provides e-messaging solutions for Holiday
Inn Hotels & Resorts and Holiday Inn Express Hotels.

Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express offer an opt-in form hosted by MessageMedia and through which guests may request
information and delivery of promotional offers.
Future enhancements include offering personalized features to the end-user including exclusive offers in customer-specified
locations.

Currently, MessageMedia delivers Holideals(sm) e-mail for current Holiday Inn subscribers. Holideals(sm) provides
interested customers weekend discount rates in their desired location delivered via e-mail. MessageMedia and Bass
Hotels & Resorts are planning on delivering various e-messaging solutions for Staybridge Suites by Holiday
Inn properties and Priority Club Worldwide. Priority Club Worldwide is Bass Hotels & Resorts' frequent guest
program.
