SAN FRANCISCO, CA --You are invited to participate in a conference call to review Catellus Development Corporation's
(NYSE:CDX) earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2000.
Catellus will release its results prior to market open on Tuesday, August 1, 2000.
The conference call will be held on Tuesday August 1, 2000 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (12 noon EST). Nelson
Rising, Chairman and CEO, and Bill Hosler, Senior Vice President and CFO, will discuss the company's performance
and answer questions from the investment community.
