PARK CITY, UT -- DCP International announced Oct. 27 it has opened its first European office in London. The strategic
move will enable the company to develop additional projects in Europe and continue to provide clients with high
quality service. As the pioneer and most experienced company in the private residence club industry, DCP International
residence clubs have generated more than $650 million in sales to date and the company currently has more than
$1.6 billion under contract.
DCP International recently launched Palazzo Tornabuoni, the first private residence club in Florence, Italy. The
club is ensconced in one of Florence's most important buildings and is ideally situated in the epicenter of the
city's acclaimed fashion district. Palazzo Tornabuoni consists of 36 luxury apartments and is expected to garner
more than $150 million in sales.
"The initial response for Palazzo Tornabuoni bodes well for the PRC concept in Europe and we view our new
Mayfair office in London as a natural progression of our company," said Steve Dering, DCP Partner and founder
