KIMBERTON, PA -- John M. Schopfer Chairman and Chief Executive of Simplicity, LLC has announced that Ron T. Zimmer
has accepted the role of Chief Financial Officer. Recently retired from the position of CFO of Club Intrawest,
Zimmer joins Simplicity's senior management team offering 34 years experience in commercial, industrial and residential
real estate with the last 13 years devoted to the vacation ownership segment.
Simplicity is a real estate development company pursuing resort, vacation, second-home and leisure lifestyle products
for high-end consumers. Other subsidiaries of Simplicity International, LLC include Simplicity Holdings, LLC and
Simplicity International West Indies, LLC.
"Ron's experience in the oversight of financial, technology, administrative and regulatory activities is a
welcome addition to our top level leadership," said John Schopfer. "He also brings Simplicity more depth
in the areas of operational management and program development. We are pleased that has decided to forego his retirement
and move forward with our company."
Ron Zimmer was instrumental in the start up of three vacation ownership companies including Club Intrawest. His
background also includes Fortune 500 real estate corporations such as Brookfield Developments, BCE Developments,
Daon Development Corporation and Trizec Corporation.
Simplicity International's initial product offerings are currently being developed for its EnclavesTM and Private
Portfolio ClubTM brands.
Simplicity's Enclaves offer private and intimate developments of whole-owned homes in distinctive architectural
style and casual elegance. Enclaves combine private ownership with an overlay of high quality amenities and custom
