WILLIAMSBURG, VA -- Landmark Resort Properties announces the promotion of Mr. Dan Carter to Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Project Director for Parkside Resort in Williamsburg, VA. Mr. Carter joined Parkside Resort as Project Director at the inception of pre-sales in May, 2006. Mr. Carter has continually improved the performance of his sales team and expectations are high for continued success as construction is set to commence December 1, 2006.

Mr. Carter's twenty-four year experience in the timeshare industry began in line sales, but quickly rose to executive positions with such industry leaders as Kosmas Group International, Equivest and Fairfield. Mr. Carter is highly regarded in the industry for consistently achieving superior sales results through leadership, planning and implementation.
