DAI completes start up contract with Parkside Resort

WILLIAMSBURG, VA -- On November 11th, concurrent with the groundbreaking of Parkside Resort in Williamsburg, Va., David Adkins International officially passed the sales and marketing helm over to the development team, Landmark Resort Properties of Va.

"We are just thrilled to have been a part of this roll out" stated David Adkins, CEO of Tampa based DAI. "It has been a privilege to work alongside the Landmark team during the creation of this incredible resort", he continued.

Slated for in excess of 700 keys, Parkside is located adjacent to the Williamsburg Country Club and Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Virginia.

"Start ups are incredibly involved" Adkins explained, "particularly in competitive markets such as Williamsburg, and especially when every component is being built from scratch. From funding, through zoning, engineering, design, construction, the development of sales and marketing modules, every aspect of this project was built from the basement up. The developer brought in experts in every discipline from inception, which has enabled the scheduled turn over to happen very smoothly indeed" he stated.

Parkside Resort is Landmark's first venture into the timeshare business and contracted with DAI to facilitate sales and marketing through turn over.

DAI has eleven projects currently under offer.
