Press Release: Cala Corporation
May 26, 2006
TITUSVILLE, FL -- Cala Corporation, www.UnderSeaResort.com, trading under the symbol CCAA, is pleased to announce
that the company has filed the 10-KSB with EDGAR. The company assets grew at a 1,000% annual rate in the fourth
quarter of 2005. The growth was due to the purchase of the new company headquarters in Titusville, Florida. It
remains the fastest growth since the fourth quarter of 2000. The company has averaged a 3% growth rate in the past
few years, slowed by the effects of the magnitude of the UnderSea shipbuilding design.
In a different matter, the UnderSea Resort & Residence has made giant progress under President Shipbuilder
Mr. Francis, said Joseph Cala', Founder and CEO for the company. Mr. Cala' estimates that the average residential
development should generate approximately $600 million while the total development cost should run about $330 million.
Therefore, Mr. Cala' believes that the project has a great chance of success. Further, the company is in discussions
with leaders in the Real Estate/fractional unit industry to explore the possibility of a partnership or contractual
arrangement with the Company. The possibilities in this industry are tremendous, because the demand for oceanic
properties is the highest it has ever been and the supply is scarce. The undersea residences have the entire ocean
available with no purchase costs, and without the limitations of land. According to the recently released Future
Fractional Buyers 2005 Market Profile, 14 million adults are interested in purchasing some form of fractional or
full ownership during the next two years. The next generation of owners is well educated, and the highest concentration
of interest in purchasing is among GenXers. In addition, the study documents that prospective owners are experienced
and enthusiastic travelers.
