DENVER, CO -- J. Patrick Butler, owner and managing partner of Denver-based Club Acquisition Company (CAC) recently
received the 2006 Ejecutivo Distinguido (Distinguished Executive) Award for his contributions to the community
of San Felipe, Mexico, home to one of his two Mexico developments, El Dorado Ranch.
The award, which is given to one person each year is an incredible honor for the recipient. Presented by the Asociación

of San Felipe is like a family to me and this award is truly an honor."

include preservation of fresh water supply throughout El Dorado Ranch, using high salinity water to irrigate the
paspalum grass golf course, relocating existing plants and flora and maintaining a safe habitat for local, indigenous
animals.
