SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- ResortCom International LLC has expanded the services of Suite Getwayssm, a
division that specializes in timeshare and vacation condominium rentals. In so doing, it has named Mike FitzGerald
as its new Director of Sales and Marketing. ResortCom International provides the vacation ownership and resort
industry with financial and resort operations services. The company also has offices in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Mike FitzGerald has more than 30 years experience in the hospitality industry including 24 years in South Africa.
Beginning in 1981 he spent a total of 16 years with Sun International, a Sol Kerzner Hotel/Casino Resort company
in Southern Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands. As General Manager of the Sun City Cabanas and later of The Lost
City, he was instrumental in upgrading these properties to World-Class products. While at the Sun City Cabanas
he achieved the highest occupancy and profitability of any one Hotel in Southern Africa. At The Lost City, in addition
to his normal day-to-day responsibilities he was elected Chairman of the "World Class Winners" program
for Sun City Resorts. This was a six million Rand employee development program encompassing 26 disciplines and
4,500 employees. During this period Sun City Resorts was awarded "Best Hotel/Casino Resort" World Wide
by CondeNast Publications.
Later as director of sales for Sun International based at head office in Johannesburg, he was responsible for the
sales function of the company which was comprised of 34 hotels with 6,000 rooms in 17 casino locations in Southern
Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands.
In 1997 he took up the challenge as Operations Director of Block Hotels Southern Africa. Reporting directly to
the CEO, he was in charge of directing and co-coordinating Block Hotels 11 resort operations and new developments
and oversaw their two Head Offices in Johannesburg, South Africa and Harare, Zimbabwe.

primarily through the Internet.
