Ownership by Rick Lawler, has sold almost 8,000 copies. This is an extraordinary number for a small press publishing

The book, written by a WorldMark owner, explains the ins and outs for owners of this extraordinary vacation ownership
program. The book has been revised twice since its original publication to reflect the acquisition of new resorts
and program updates. The most recent revision was designed for readers in 2005.

is written by an owner and published by an independent company not affiliated with WorldMark, Trendwest or Cendant,
it provides instant credibility for prospective owners.
Many sales reps provide a copy to all their new owners. This helps reduce the dreaded "new owner jitters"
that results in so many cancelled timeshare contracts.
The trade-size paperback is just under 110 pages, making it easy for owners to carry and refer to when traveling.
The $6.95 cover price is also attractive. Quantity discounts are available, and WorldMark gift shops and Trendwest
sales reps receive the highest discount available. A new feature instituted in 2004 is free shipping for orders
of 25 or more copies to the same address.
Credit card orders are accepted at the MinRef web site via PayPal, but quantity discounts are not available using
