ORLANDO, FL -- Six Flags Entertainment is developing a new Waterpark Hotel at The Great Escape in Lake George,
NY and has awarded the purchasing and installation contract to CVC & Associates of Orlando, FL. CVC will
be coordinating all of the furnishing and interior finish design selections with Harrison Bridges & Associates,
of Rochester, NY. The contract price is estimated for this project at $2,000,000. The property is scheduled to
be completed and opened by December 2005. CVC will purchase and install all interior furnishings for the guestrooms
and common areas, which will be themed in an Adirondack mountain lodge motif.
Craig Cook, president of CVC & Associates, says, "The water park hotel concept is one of the fastest growing
segments of the destination resort market." CVC has commenced the design specification and value engineering
phases of the project in conjunction with Harrison Bridges Associates of Rochester, NY. The procurement phase
will begin in May 2005.
