All of the racing activities will occur at Tamarack Resort on Saturday, March 5, when about 70 Special Olympians will compete in four events: a giant slalom, downhill, glide and super glide. Special Olympics Idaho also will provide more than 150 volunteers to help Tamarack officials with the racing activities.

"It is a real honor to host the Special Olympians, " said Tamarack Vice President of Marketing Amy Koenig. "The great courage and tenacity that these athletes exhibit in competition is inspirational to all of us."
