Michael J. Smith joins Resort Finance Corporation as Vice President of Business Development

BENNINGTON, VT -- Resort Finance Corporation (“RFC”) has named Michael J. Smith as its Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Smith will be responsible for new business development and portfolio management. Prior to joining Resort Finance Corporation Mr. Smith served as Relationship Manager with General Electric Capital Corporation’s Vacation Ownership Finance division.

Mike will be a tremendous asset to our organization as we continue to grow our presence in the marketplace,” said Randy Stratton, CEO of Resort Finance Corporation. “We have some aggressive origination goals this year and beyond, and we were looking for the right individual to help us achieve those goals. Mr. Smith will establish an office in Hartford, CT, in addition to the Bennington, VT-based headquarters.
